We collect the account details you choose to provide: name, email, phone, state, goal, and credit-file data you upload. We do not ask for a Social Security number, full date of birth, full account numbers, or bureau passwords on the public site. Documents are encrypted at rest. You can export your data and delete your account. Consent records, payment events, and audit logs may be retained when the law requires it. Analytics events exclude Social Security numbers, full account numbers, and documents.
